Operational Notes
  1. ADVISORY
    • During these current extraordinary times, our Working Days' Notice will be on best endeavour basis.
  2. EXTENDED LEAD TIMES
    • Some products are 'Subject to Enquiry'. Please contact customer operations for availability details.
  3. LUBEANALYST (LA) SAMPLE KITS
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • Bulk: 2,000 liters subject to small order surcharge.
    • Packed product: 200 Liters subject to small order surcharge.
  5. PUMPING SERVICES
    • Not available for packed products.
  6. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
    • 3 days port stay is required due to the Philippine Customs Bureau requirement to submit the original physical copy of the Bunkering Permit Application together with its supporting documents.
    • Delivery during public holidays is not allowed. Weekend delivery is subject to approval.
    • Delivery to anchorage is not allowed. Transfer of products to the vessel is customer/agent's responsibility. Agent need to sign the delivery documents on behalf of the vessel captain/chief engineer.
    • Delivery to agent or pick up is subject to enquiry.
    • Application for Bunkering permit, delivery gate pass, and other applicable port fees are agent's responsibility.
    • Bulk delivery is not allowed at Subic Bay International Terminal Corporation (SBITC) due to the high volume of container vans unloading within the port.
  7. THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND ITS AMOUNT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:
    • Cancellation and Return Fee
    • Demurrage
    • Overtime Fee (Delivery after office hours, weekends and public holidays).
    • Taxes and Duties
    • Port/Shipyard operations and Customs
    • Small Order Surcharge (SOS) will be applicable on bulk orders below 4,000 liters and/or packed below 800 liters.
