Operational Notes
  1. Extended lead times
    • Please contact customer service for precise information
  2. LA Sample Kits
    • RLA kit delivery is being handled by a third-party company. It requires a minimum of 5 to 7 working days' notice depending on the requested location. The kit will be delivered to the appointed agent. Urgent request will be arranged on a best endeavour basis.
  3. Minimum Order Quantity
    • Bulk – 2,000 liters subject to small order surcharge.
    • Packed product -200 liters subject to small order surcharge.
  4. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  5. Pumping services
    • Not available for packed product
  6. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
    • We do not have delivery during holidays (weekends – subject for approval)
    • We do not deliver via anchorage (agent will handle transfer of products to the vessel) DN will be signed by the agent on behalf of the Capt/CEng.
    • For pick-up orders/delivery to agent request – this will be subject for approval from local supply team.
    • All deliveries will require bunkering permit/gate pass in all ports and agent will be the one to shoulder the fee
    • The following fees must be settled/processed by the agents/customers: •Subic Bay - Bunkering permits •Manila - port fees (i.e., Port Link Fee, Harbour permit) .
    • No bulk deliveries allowed at Subic Bay International Terminal Corporation (SBITC) due to the high volume of container vans unloading within the port.
    • 3 days port stay required due to the Philippine Customs Bureau requirement to submit the original physical copy of the Bunkering Permit Application together with its supporting documents.
