1. The vessel agent should support/is responsible for facilitating documents (permits).
2. Any surcharge that may arise during the delivery arrangement should be discussed by the customer and the agent. The customer should instruct their agent to settle such fees (if any).
3. Vessel must be at berth for supply of product.
4. The maximum hose length that delivering company has is 100 ft.
5. To ensure faster/smooth delivery arrangement, ICSP may request for email address of vessel from the custom
6. Customer or their agent needs to apply for approval from the SBMA authorities for all the products (all commodities that they will purchase, including food) that they are ordering for the vessel prior to the vessel’s arrival.
