Minimum Order Quantity
PORT SULTAN QABOOS: BULK ORDER - 4,000 Liters Per Grade. Total MOQ of 8,000 liters. PACKED ORDER – MOQ is 2 Pallets or 8 drums (1600 liters).
DUQM PORT: BULK ORDER - 4,000 Liters Per Grade. Total MOQ of 8,000 liters. PACKED ORDER – MOQ is 3 Pallets or 12 drums (2500 liters).
MINA SOHAR: BULK ORDER – 4,000 liters Per Grade. Total MOQ of 8,000 liters. PACKED ORDER - MOQ is 3 Pallets or 12 drums (2500 liters).
PORT OF SALALAH: BULK ORDER - 4,000 liters Per Grade. Total MOQ of 8,000 liters. PACKED ORDER – MOQ is 3 Pallets 3 Pallets or 12 drums (2500 liters).
Other Information
Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
Restrictions & Requirements
Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
If vessel is at anchorage, only packed products can be supported and it will be delivered to the agent. Agent should hire boat service to take it to the vessel.
Gate pass payment is required for all Oman Port deliveries. This should be paid by the vessel agent.
Customs clearance to be managed by customer/customer nominated agent.
Delivery point will be up to the quay/jetty of the port only; from there the vessel/agent has to take it forward
For bulk supplies, required hose length, flange size, couplings or any other associated unloading equipment details to be shared in advance by the customer.
For hose with more than 20 meters of length will have extra charges. These needs to be aligned prior to delivery.
