1. All bulk & packed lubes deliveries are done by road trucks only.
2. For packed product unloading from truck fork lifter to be arranged by vessel agent.
3. DELIVERIES OF LUBES (both bulk & Packed) CAN ONLY BE DONE FROM: a. Container Terminal b. General Cargo Terminal
4. NO SUPPLIES FROM OIL JETTY TERMINAL – for packed, vessel should go to anchorage and customer should arrange boat service through agent so that Delco can deliver
5. For bulk lubes, the delivery hose pipe length is only 75 feet. Coupling at ship receipt end should be arranged by ship crew.
6. Urgent order confirmation can only be possible on working days of Shell Oman. i.e. SUNDAY TO THURSDAY (8am to 5pm Delco time)
7. At anchorage, packed delivery to vessel can only be done through agent's boat service. For all packed deliveries in anchorage, delivery is up to the jetty only and title is transferred to agents. Agents to sign the POD on customer's behalf.
8. Confirmed ETA are needed 48 hours prior to delivery.

   • Vessel stay should be a minimum of 6 to 8 hours for bulk deliveries, and would require longer stay if delivery quantities are higher.
10. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • BULK - 4,000 liters Per Grade. A total of 8,000 liters.
