- Any additional payments to/or requested from vessel agents not covered from fiscal or legal requirements needs to be cleared from customer BEFORE the delivery. Any payment requests occurring during the delivery will be rejected and could lead to a missed delivery. Please ask customer to instruct their agents accordingly
- Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
Pumping services
- Pumping ex IBC is available
- Pumping ex Drum is available in selected ports (minimum 4 drums). Additional fee applies. Please contact our Customer Service Centre for further info
RLA Delivery
- Please note that RLA kits delivery is now being handled by a third party and requires a minimum of 5 working days notice
