This Shell Marine Products Port Services Guide caters to customers of Shell Marine Products Ltd /Shell Marine Products AS(Shell Marine Products N)/Shell Marine Products US/Shell Marine Products S and contains information most relevant to them. Customers of other Shell entities are asked to refer to their specific General Terms & Conditions which may be obtained from their local Shell representative.
Every effort will be made to maintain availability of the products indicated in the Guide. However, the products in each port are subject to availability and Shell Marine Products cannot guarantee that any such product will be available at any specific time.
All products are supplied in accordance with the 'Shell Marine Products - Shell International Marine Lubricants Supply General Terms and Conditions' and the 'Shell Marine Products - Shell International Marine Fuels Supply General Terms and Conditions'.

Surcharges
Please contact your local Shell Marine Products representative, who will inform you about applicable surcharges. Please note that duties, taxes and customs might be applicable according to legal requirements and legislation in a specific country or port and these will be mentioned to you by your local representative. Examples of typical surcharges are:
- Overtime
- Freight
- Pumping
- Demurrage
These may be subject to change from time to time. Whenever possible, the customer will be advised of any change in port price differential or surcharges prior to the delivery.
