Minimum Order Quantity
- Bulk – 4000 litres. SOS will be applied if order quantity is below 8000 litres.
- Packed product – smallest available sales unit. SOS will be applied if order quantity is below 1800 litres.

- Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation

Restrictions & Requirements
- Shell vetted barge is not available in this Country. Delivery by barge can be coordinated/arranged through customer's appointed agent.
- Delivery to warehouse is subject to Polish Tax Law
- No packed deliveries allowed on Saturdays after noon and on Sundays (all day)
- Due to Polish customs policy, return order is not possible.
RLA Delivery
- Please note that RLA kits delivery is now being handled by a third party and requires a minimum of 5 working days notice
