1. Cancellations
   • For bulk orders to be cancelled: • It must be 5 w.d before ETA – prior invoicing;
2. EXTENDED LEAD TIME
   • For bulk 12 working days
   • For Pack 5 working days
3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
   • SKU: IBC products - 5 IBCs per delivery.
   • SKU: bulk products - MOQ per grade: 15.000L per delivery. 5000L per grade can be considered (3 different grades can be considered). Depending on the urgency, we can consider 10.000 L or 5.000 L per delivery – always multiple of 5. Our third-party contractor has medium size trucks with 15,000L with 3 compartments (5,000L each).
4. Mode of Delivery
   • Truck delivery only
5. Operational conditions
   • 1) For bulk to be confirmed, regardless the order input, local agent must confirm ETA, ETB and terminal restrictions due to: • Ports that do not allow lub oil delivery; • Ports that do not allow pumping service via truck. When a barge is required, depending on port restrictions this must be managed between customer and local Agent themselves. Shell Brazil does not offer barge delivery services either for bulk or packed. In addition, pumping via barge, crane and stowage may also be required, depending on port restrictions, this must be managed between customer and local Agent themselves. Shell Brazil does not offer these delivery services.
   • 2) For IBC to be confirmed, regardless the order input, local agent must confirm ETA, ETB and terminal restrictions due to: • Ports that do not allow lub oil delivery; • Ports that do not allow pumping service via truck. When a barge is required, depending on port restrictions this must be managed between customer and local Agent themselves. Shell Brazil does not offer barge delivery services either for bulk or packed.
