3. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • Tax exemptions are available for End-Users and Traders. Tax exemption certificate should be provided per transaction. Our customers are given 45 days from the date of delivery to forward us their properly filled-out exemption certificate.
   • Environmental taxes for end-users and traders may be applicable. Our Customer Operations Specialist will inform you if these taxes are outright taxable or can be exempt the necessary certificate is provided.

1. Surcharges after delivery:
   • Return order surcharge
   • Left on board surcharge
   • Applicable fees might apply if vessel refuses to accept full quantity of the order requested
