1. All deliveries are subject to enquiry. Please contact your Shell Marine Products representative for further information.
2. Shell vetted barge and drum pumping are not offered. If barge delivery and drum pumping will be required, customer needs to hire such services via vessel agent
3. Shell's delivery personnel are not allowed to go onboard the agent's hired barge
4. Delivery to vessel agent is allowed as long as vessel agent signs the delivery document on behalf of customer/vessel
5. Terminal restrictions may require delivery via agent's hired barge. In which case, bulk order will have to be converted to drums

7. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
   • Orders below minimum order quantity is subject to additional fee. Please contact Customer Operations.
   • 8,500 liters per order.
