1. If barge hire & drum pumping will be required, customer needs to hire them via vessel agent.
2. McDuffie Terminal 1 is not accessible by truck ; delivery only possible via agent’s hired barge.
3. McDuffie Terminals 2 and 3 - truck delivery alongside is allowed.
4. Shell's delivery personnel are not allowed to go onboard the agent's hired barge
5. Delivery to vessel agent is allowed as long as vessel agent signs the delivery document on behalf of customer/vessel
6. Terminal restrictions may require delivery via agent's hired barge. In which case, bulk order will have to be converted to drums
7. All deliveries are subject to enquiry. Please contact your Shell Marine Products representative for further information.
