3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
   • Alexia 70 in Bulk - 7,650 liters
   • Argina S2 30 in Bulk - 7,650 liters
   • All other Bulk products - 4,000 liters. Small order fee is applicable for order below minimum order quantity.
4. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • CONSOL COAL terminal deliveries are subject to being diverted to anchorage delivery, where there will be Out of Port service fee. Please contact Customer Operations for the details.
