Operational Info
  1. Drum pumping and drum disposal: not offered
  2. Shell's delivery personnel are not allowed to go onboard the agent's hired barge
  3. Delivery to vessel agent is allowed as long as vessel agent signs the delivery document on behalf of customer/vessel
  4. Terminal restrictions may require delivery via agent's hired barge. In which case, bulk order will have to be converted to drums
  5. If barge hire, drum pumping, and drum disposal will be required, customer needs to hire these services via vessel agent.
  6. Weight restriction is total of 15000 liters bulk with 1 truck delivery per day.
  7. Vessel agent COLLEY WEST SHIPPING does not cooperate in relation to barge hire.
  8. When barge hire is required and customer’s given agent is COLLEY WEST, customer has to find another vessel agent who will do the hiring of the barge.
  9. Canada Place Cruise Terminal - for RCruise liners where delivery is always via truck alongside
  10. Cargill/Cascadia/Richardson Terminal - does not allow lube deliveries, hired barge will be required
  11. Fraser Surrey Docks - truck delivery alongside can be done
  12. Neptune & Kinder Morgan Terminals - does not allow lube deliveries whether by truck or barge
  13. All deliveries are subject to enquiry. Please contact your Shell Marine Products representative for further information.
