1. EXTENDED LEAD TIME
   • "5 working days" notice is indicative timeline for delivery subject to goods being in stock; Delivery can take longer in case of no/less stock. Please confirm exact delivery lead time with Portland International (BD) Ltd.
2. Given below is some useful information provided to us by our Distributor Portland International (BD) Ltd
   • Delivery to be at Berth or at anchorage or at OPL (out of port limit) of Chittagong Port. For OPL supply extra barge cost will be added. OPL supply subject to fair weather
   • Need at least 72 hours of advance notice for customs paper works for delivery.
   • Prior to delivery, a customs bill (cost inclusive in price) needs to be issued for approval by the Customs Authority. For this purpose, the Name, IMO and flag of the vessel will need to be communicated
   • If ship is at anchorage, Portland International (BD) Ltd to arrange for transfer of drums on board the ship. Any extra charges incurred for doing so will be borne by the customer
3. Given below is some useful information provided to us by our Distributor Portland International (BD) Ltd
   • An agent must be appointed when a ship is calling Chittagong Port whether inside port limit at anchorage or inside the port at berth or at Out of Port Limit.
4. Restrictions & Requirements:
   • Minimum Order Quantity: Packed product – 10 drums
   • Please note that RLA kits delivery is now being handled by a third party and requires a minimum of 5 working days notice.
   • Shell Marine Products (SMP) can serve your requirements for delivery of products in Chittagong of Bangladesh through our Distributor Portland International (BD) Ltd.
   • Do note however that this will not be processed under your current global agreement with SMP and you will need to have a direct agreement with Portland International (BD) Ltd on prices and terms & conditions for delivery.
