1. Please note that below are the requirements for Jeddah port customs for Lube delivery and as understand from DELCO, these are mandatory for all future deliveries to Jeddah port
   • 1. Copy of last two month of ship oil record book. 2. Master request for supply Lube oil. 3. Copy of last two month of sludge record book. 4. Last received Lube oil copy. 5. Commercial invoice. --- This will be provided by Shell/Delivery Company”
