1. Customer needs to instruct the agent PIC to settle the Port Entry Fee as Delco will not be allowed to deliver without the required permit. This must be put in writing via email copy to be provided to CSC; this document is shared with the Delco in order for them to facilitate loading/disptach of the order.
2. UPSL/Port Charges - applicable for alongside, UPSL/Port charges may not be applicable for anchorage supply. Boat has to be arranged by the agent.
3. A written declaration from the customer (by email) stating that the lube products are intended for vessel use which is located at KAKINADA. This is required by the tax/fiscal authorities (to be provided if asked by Port Authorities).
4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
   • 25 Drums (5225 liters)
