1. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
   • 15 drums irrespective of whether order is urgent or standard to make a full truck load.
2. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • Port authorities are closed on Saturday & Sunday hence shipping formalities cannot be completed over weekend.
   • If product is not in stock, replenishment is 12-15 days as it takes minimum of 10 days to transfer lubes from LOBP to supplying location.
