1. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
   • All orders subject to confirmation, minimum load size to service an order at this Port will be 25-30 drums minimum.
2. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • All tanker vessels require boat service. Boat/barge service to be arranged by agent.
