APPLICABLE TARIFF AND INVOICE TO BE SETTLED BY VESSEL AGENTS FOR BULK ORDERS : EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) approval for Marine Operation will be charged by the port in accordance with the applicable EHS tariff and invoice will be sent by port to the respective local ship agents for the advance settlement of payment prior requested operation.
Settlement of port charges / requirements will be between customer and agent. Approvals to be obtained in advance by agent (48 hrs) prior. Close coordination between Agent and Port authorities is needed for getting the necessary permit as Shell cannot follow-up with port authorities for the same
Container Terminal 1 : If any there is any crane movement, security will not allow permission to supply
Container Terminal 2 : Only 1 vehicle (if packed/bulk) allowed at a time for supply (priority will be given to foods/fuels) and very crucial as long hours of waiting is required for supply
General Cargo Berth : Supply possibility will depend upon operations and approvals from security/ports. Obtain Marine/EHS/Security approvals and driver has to show all documents hard copy.
Vessel stay requirement is a minimum of 12 hrs (This may require higher stay duration, if Bulk supply is higher in qty)
