1. Shell's delivery personnel are not allowed to go onboard the agent's hired barge
2. Delivery to vessel agent is allowed as long as vessel agent signs the delivery document on behalf of customer/vessel
3. Terminal restrictions may require delivery via agent's hired barge. In which case, bulk order will have to be converted to drums
4. Drum pumping & drum disposal services : Not offered
5. If barge hire, drum pumping, and drum disposal will be required, customer needs to hire these services via vessel agent.
