Operational Info
  1. If drum pumping will be required, customer needs to hire such service via vessel agent.
  2. Shell's delivery personnel are not allowed to go onboard the agent's hired barge
  3. Delivery to vessel agent is allowed as long as vessel agent signs the delivery document on behalf of customer/vessel

    • Sabine lightering area / Fairway anchorage / Galveston Offshore Lightering are out of port (OPL) limits. Not possible to arrange direct delivery via Shell vetted barge due to safety (rough seas), Customer Options: 1) customer to convert bulk to drums, delivery by truck via vessel agent’s hired barge. 2) vessel to berth at a deliverable dock, delivery via Shell vetted barge or truck.
