1. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • Supply of IBCs is allowed both at pier alongside or via launch/boat (launch should be 25GTR and over).
   • Pumping of IBCs is allowed if vessel is alongside. IBC orders for vessels berth at Islandview area can only get pumped into vessel – Taking IBCs on board is not possible because trucks cannot get alongside the vessel.
   • Pumping of drums is not allowed. Option for drums: The vessel can take the drums onboard and the crew can pump the oil. Durban Lubricants can dispose the empty drums (Early notification and clear communication required for drum disposal).
