1. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • Supply of IBCs is allowed both at pier alongside or via launch/boat (launch should be 25GTR and over).
   • Pumping of IBCs is allowed if the vessel is alongside at any time.
   • Pumping of drums is allowed if the vessel is alongside at any time.
   • Restriction at ANCHOR BASIN terminal: drums and IBCs not allowed; only products that can be carried by hand.
   • Restrictions at CONTAINER TERMINAL: due to overhead cranes, pumping operations can take longer than usual.
