1. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • Supply of IBCs is allowed both at pier alongside or via launch/boat (launch should be 25GTR and over). Please note the only approved launch companies are allowed to supply IBCs (permission provided by Port Authority). Pumping ex-launch not allowed.
   • Pumping of IBCs is allowed if the vessel is alongside but permission form Port Authorities needed.
   • Pumping of drums is allowed is vessel is alongside but permission form Port Authorities needed.
   • Berth called “TANKER BERTH” prohibits the pumping. The option here is to load the IBCs on board of the customer vessel, the crew can pump-out the oil. Empty IBC collection can be arranged.
