1. Drum pumping and drum disposal: not offered
2. Shell's delivery personnel are not allowed to go onboard the agent's hired barge
3. Delivery to vessel agent is allowed as long as vessel agent signs the delivery document on behalf of customer/vessel
4. Minimum Order Quantity = Packed product – 1 per item
5. Shell vetted barge : Not offered
6. Additional charges may apply for Non listed port: Point Fortin via Pointe-A-Pierre
7. Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
8. If drum pumping & drum disposal will be required, customer needs to hire such service via vessel agent.
