1. All deliveries are subject to enquiry. Please contact your Shell Marine Products representative for further information.
2. Bulk supplies can be done if vessel is alongside only.
3. Deliveries will be done at Maritime City, Dry Docks and Port Rashid Coastal Berth.
4. For all bulk deliveries at Dry Docks, a pre-delivery inspection will have to be carried out. It will take a minimum of 2 working days to complete inspection and confirm supply possibility.
5. Vessel will be supplied within 2 working days upon completion of inspection and confirmation of supply.
6. APPLICABLE TARIFF AND INVOICE TO BE SETTLED BY VESSEL AGENTS FOR BULK ORDERS : EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) approval for Marine Operation will be charged by the port in accordance with the applicable EHS tariff and invoice will be sent by port to the respective local ship agents for the advance settlement of payment prior requested operation.
7. Settlement of port charges / requirements will be between customer and agent. Approvals to be obtained in advance by agent (48 hrs) prior. Close coordination between Agent and Port authorities is needed for getting the necessary permit as Shell cannot follow-up with port authorities for the same
