1. All deliveries are subject to enquiry. Please contact your Shell Marine Products representative for further information.
2. Packed goods can be supplied to agents, if vessel is @ anchorage.
3. Please provide 48 hours prior notice on ETA or delivery time for all deliveries. This is required to apply for CID and Dangerous Goods Clearance for drivers and products being delivered.
4. Bulk supplies can be done only if vessel is alongside.
5. Settlement of port charges / requirements will be between customer and agent. Approvals to be obtained in advance by agent (48 hrs) prior. Close coordination between Agent and Port authorities is needed for getting the necessary permit as Shell cannot follow-up with port authorities for the same
6. Supply at RMC jetty is not possible
7. APPLICABLE TARIFF AND INVOICE TO BE SETTLED BY VESSEL AGENTS FOR DELIVERIES at STEVIN ROCK HARBOUR There is an additional delivery charge for supplies at Stevin Rock terminal in Mina Saqr in accordance with the applicable tariff and invoice will be sent by port to the respective local ship agents for the advance settlement of payment prior requested operation
8. Restrictions & Requirements
   • We can deliver packed products to Non-listed port of RAK (Ras Al Khaimah)
