Welcome to Marine Lubricants Port Services Guide

1. As per port regulations, only 15 drums (3 tons) can be loaded in agent’s boat, in case packed order exceeds 3 tons multiple boat services have to be arranged by customer through agents.
2. Confirmed ETA and boat service timings are required 24 hours prior to delivery.
3. No supplies can be done at VOPAK terminal
4. Bulk AND packed by barge delivery at anchorage is possible at this port. For more detail information please contact with Customer Service
5. If vessel is alongside terminal/berth, we can still supply bulk and packed - bulk via barge and packed via road truck. If vessel is alongside a restricted berth where barge / road truck is not allowed, bulk will have to be converted to packed and packed products can be delivered / handed-over to agents if agents/port approves
