1. PORT RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
   • As Shell vetted barge is not available at CASTELLON port, deliveries to agent/launch company are allowed only if agent/launch company signs the delivery documents on behalf of the vessel/customer. Local distributor has the instruction to cancel the delivery if the agent/launch company refuses to sign the documents and all the cost associated to the missed delivery will be charged to customer.
