  3. LA Sample Kits
    • RLA kit delivery is being handled by a third-party company. It requires a minimum of 5 to 7 working days' notice depending on the requested location. The kit will be delivered to the appointed agent. Urgent request will be arranged on a best endeavour basis.
  4. Minimum Order Quantity
    • Bulk by truck - 1500 liters subject to small order surcharge.
    • Bulk by barge - 2000 subject to small order surcharge.
  5. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  6. Pumping services
    • IBC Pumping Service can be offered for specified NON-MEO grades in NL & BE (See list for Specific SKUs).
    • Pumping Service is applicable if: Product in IBC can be pumped from the quay to a receiving vessel
    • Min 2 IBCs / Max 20 IBCs – can be mixed products but all must require pumping service if on same order
    • Leadtime: 3-5 days dependent on stocks
    • IBC Pumping available for: Heat Transfer S2
    • IBC Pumping available for: Rim R4X 15W40
    • IBC Pumping available for: Tellus S2 VX 46
  7. Restrictions & Requirements

    • No collection service for empty containers
