  2. LA Sample Kits
    • RLA kit delivery is being handled by a third-party company. It requires a minimum of 5 to 7 working days' notice depending on the requested location. The kit will be delivered to the appointed agent. Urgent request will be arranged on a best endeavour basis.
  3. Minimum Order Quantity
    • Omala S2 GX 100 – 7,000 liters
    • Alexia 70 – 10,000 liters
    • Argina S2 30 - 5,600 liters
    • Packed – 836 litres per order
    • Alexia 100 – 9,000 liters
    • Bulk – 4,000 liters per grade
  4. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  5. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Delivery not possible to non-listed location or fixed sites.
    • If vessel at restricted terminal, delivery only possible for packed products via agent's arrange barge if no Shell vetted barge is present.
    • No collection service for empty containers
    • Deliveries to shipyards: Excise duties (accise), waste oil tax ( COU) and VAT most likely will apply for those deliveries. Some grades cannot be delivered to shipyards although listed in the overview.
  6. Shell vetted barge availability
    • Barge service available in Genova, Venice, Marghera and Augusta (only packed)
