Operational Notes
  1. LubeAnalyst (LA) Sample Kits
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  2. Minimum Order Quantity
    • 1 EA per product subject to small order surcharge.
  3. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  4. Pumping services
    • Drum pumping service is not offered
  5. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Agents in this country/island state do not have warehouse/facility to store lube oils packs (drums/pails)
    • Lube oils are delivered direct to barge owners in accordance to schedule arranged by the vessel agents
    • Vessel must be at the anchorage so that the agent hired barge can deliver to the vessel directly
