Operational Notes
  1. LubeAnalyst (LA) Sample Kits
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  2. Minimum Order Quantity
    • 1 EA per product subject to small order surcharge.
  3. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  4. Pumping services
    • Pumping ex Drum is available in selected ports (minimum 4 drums). Additional fee applies. Please contact our Customer Service Centre for further info
    • Bulk is supplied via IBC Pumped
  5. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Barge service to be hired by the customer till Curacao Pilot Station (2 miles from Breakwater).
    • Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
    • Can deliver to non-listed port of Bonaire from Willemstad port subject to additional transport fee.
    • Delivery to Bonaire: Shell can only deliver to Don Andres warehouse. Customer/vessel agent has to directly contact Don Andres warehouse at +5999 738-75-38 for barge hire quotation and schedule. Customer to instruct vessel agents to sign the delivery documents on behalf of the customer/vessel. Any deviation from the mentioned delivery method will result to non-delivery of lubes.
