  2. EXTENDED LEAD TIMES
    • All Naturelle Grades are subject to enquiry.
    • Alexia40XC: subject to enquiry
    • Omala S2 GX 100 drum: subject to enquiry
    • Argina S2 30 drum: subject to enquiry
    • Argina S4 40 (bulk and drum): subject to enquiry
    • Alexia 70 (50) drum– subject to enquiry
    • Gadinia S3 Bulk: subject to enquiry with10 working days' notice.
  3. LUBEANALYST (LA) SAMPLE KITS
    • A maximum of 2 RLA kits per order can be supplied.
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • Bulk: 2000 liters subject to small order surcharge.
  5. PUMPING SERVICES
    • Pumping ex IBC is available
    • Drum pumping service is no longer offered by Shell due to HSSE reasons. For drum pumping requests, customers must coordinate with their nominated agents.
  6. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Delivery to agent: permitted only if bulk orders are converted to packed (drums/pails). Shell may deliver the lubricants by truck to the customer’s appointed location, and the agent is required to sign the DN/POD.
    • Urgent orders cannot be supported during public holidays, as customs clearance services are unavailable.
    • Deliveries to Kaohsiung Shipyard are permitted only for a vessel’s final delivery before departure to international waters. Deliveries for new-build requirements are not allowed.
    • In Taiwan, Shell is only permitted to supply international voyages. Vessels on domestic routes must be supplied via a local distributor.
  7. THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND ITS AMOUNT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:
    • Cancellation and Return Fee
    • Demurrage
    • Overtime Fee (Delivery after office hours, weekends and public holidays).
    • Small Order Surcharge (SOS) will be applicable on bulk orders below 4,000 liters and/or packed below 800 liters.
