Operational Notes
  1. LubeAnalyst (LA) Sample Kits
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  2. Minimum Order Quantity
    • Packed product – 1 EA subject to small order surcharge.
  3. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  4. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Please note that a 3-day port stay is required in order for sufficient time for deliveries to be feasible
    • No delivery to OPL. All deliveries should be direct to vessel/port as regulated by Customs Department
    • Delivery to warehouse / agent pick up / is no longer an option for Thailand. Supply is either directly to vessel (via truck) or via barge
    • Deliveries at Sichang Island, Sriracha and Maptaphut require barge service, labour and crane service. This then needs to be arranged between customer and KRISSANA INTERTRADE CO.,LTD, E-mail. maliwan@krisanaintertrade.com). Shell vetted barge is not available in this Country
