  2. EXTENDED LEAD TIMES
    • Some products are 'Subject to Enquiry'. Please contact customer operations for availability details.
  3. LUBEANALYST (LA) SAMPLE KITS
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • Bulk products: 6000 Liters per grade.
    • Packed product: 1 EA subject to small order surcharge.
  5. PUMPING SERVICES
    • Available at Port Klang, Tanjung Pelepas and Pasir Gudang.
  6. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Shell vetted barge is not available in this Country. Delivery by barge can be coordinated/arranged through customer's appointed agent.
    • Palletization fees apply, if pallets are requested
  7. THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND ITS AMOUNT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:
    • Cancellation and Return Fee
    • Demurrage
    • Overtime Fee (Delivery after office hours, weekends and public holidays).
    • Special handling request
    • Small Order Surcharge (SOS) will be applicable on bulk orders below 4,000 liters and/or packed below 800 liters.
