  2. EXTENDED LEAD TIMES
    • Argina S5 40 Bulk – subject to enquiry
    • Alexia 140 – only for newbuilding (WDN 2 weeks)
  3. LUBEANALYST (LA) SAMPLE KITS
    • A maximum of 2 RLA kits per order can be supplied.
  4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • Tellus S2 VX 46 in Bulk - 10,000 Liters
    • All other Bulk products – 4,000 liters per product
    • Argina S5 40_Bulk 8000 liters
    • Tellus S2 MX 46 in Bulk – 10,000 Liters
    • Alexia 140 in Bulk – 10,000 Liters
  5. PUMPING SERVICES
    • Not available. Optional exception under customers responsibility. Please contact with Customer Service for more information.
  6. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Delivery at restricted terminals via customer hired boat service (ex. Chemical, LNG, etc.). Delivery to vessel via customer hired boat service is possible for packed grades at terminals where there are no Shell-approved barges. When the goods are landed from the delivery vehicle to the ground at delivery port, delivery of marine lubricants shall be deemed to be complete and title and risk shall pass to the customer. Customer shall appoint the Ship Representative to get documents signed by Chief Engineer or captain. (Ship's receipt, Pre-delivery check list, and Customs document for export). Pumping ex drum is not allowed due to terminal regulations.
    • Delivery to agent's warehouse/pick-up from Delco warehouse is not possible.
    • Delivery to a Non-listed port needs to be checked with local supply team for feasibility. Please use INCHON port for YEONGHEUNG and use DONGHAE port for BUKPYEONG and OKGYE.
    • Delivery while vessel is at Out of Port Limit (OPL) is not allowed.
    • For new-building vessels, please always provide vessel Hull Number for new building orders as local office needs this information.
    • It is not allowed to deliver Lubes when vessel is at Out of Port Limit (OPL)
    • Delivery operation under double-banking is not allowed at all ports
    • Please consult in terms of restriction of LNG terminal
    • All Ports follow Working Days Notice except for: 1. In BUSAN Port, ARGINA and GADINIA bulk grades requires at least 3 working days lead time based on fixed vessel ETA information from the agent. 2. In BUSAN, ONSAN, ULSAN Port, ALEXIA 70 and ALEXIA 100 bulk grades require at least 5 working days lead time based on fixed vessel ETA information from the agent.
    • Deliveries are not permitted into Hadong port after 18:00 hours KR time, during holidays and weekends.
    • Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
  7. THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND ITS AMOUNT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:
    • Barge Fee
    • Cancellation and Return Fee
    • Demurrage
    • Overtime Fee (Delivery after office hours, weekends and public holidays).
    • Small Order Surcharge (SOS) will be applicable on bulk orders below 4,000 liters and/or packed below 800 liters.
