LUBEANALYST (LA) SAMPLE KITS
LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Packed product: 1 EA subject to small order surcharge.
PUMPING SERVICES

RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ship-store documents are required for Shell accredited hauler to enter the port. Registration/application and payment of these documents are customer’s or ship agent’s responsibility.
The agent/customer is responsible to arrange the transfer of packed lubricants from Shell delivery truck on to the ship.
Shell vetted barge is not available in this Country. Delivery by barge can be coordinated/arranged through customer's appointed agent.
THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND ITS AMOUNT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:
Cancellation and Return Fee
Demurrage
Overtime Fee (Delivery after office hours, weekends and public holidays).
Taxes and Duties
Small Order Surcharge (SOS) will be applicable on bulk orders below 4,000 liters and/or packed below 800 liters.
