  1. DISCLAIMER
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  2. EXTENDED LEAD TIMES
    • Alexia 140 Bulk - Subject to Enquiry - WDN 5 Days - No drum stock available
    • Alexia40XC - Subject to Enquiry - WDN 5 days
    • Argina S2 30 Bulk, Argina S2 40 Bulk & Gadinia S3 40 Bulk - Subject to Enquiry - WDN 5 Days - But drum can be delivered as per standard WDN
  3. LUBEANALYST (LA) SAMPLE KITS
    • A maximum of 2 RLA kits per order can be supplied. Delivery of RLA Kits is only allowed and possible together with a delivery of products.
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • Alexia 140 Bulk & Gadinia S3 40 Bulk - 8000 Liters
    • Other Bulks - 2000 liters subject to small order surcharge.
  5. PUMPING SERVICES
    • Drum pumping is not allowed in Hong Kong per HSSE policy due to concerns of leakage
  6. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Delivery to Agent is allowed
    • OPL delivery is not allowed due to HSSE reasons.
    • IBC products are being pumped
    • Spot barges will be needed at times when Shell barge is not available.
  7. THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:

    • Cancellation and Return Fee
