Operational Notes
  1. Barge deliveries of packed product
    • Please contact customer service for the list of products available via barge.
  2. Extended lead times
    • Please contact customer service for precise information
    • Argina S2 30 Bulk delivery is via bulk truck or pumped through recycled IBCs. Lead time is subject to enquiry
  3. LA Sample Kits
    • A maximum of 2 RLA kits per order can be supplied. Delivery of RLA Kits is only allowed and possible together with a delivery of products.
  4. Minimum Order Quantity
    • Gadinia AL 40 Bulk : 20,000L
    • Bulk by barge – 2,000 liters subject to small order surcharge.
    • Bulk by truck – 4,000 litres
    • Packed product – 1 EA subject to small order surcharge.
  5. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  6. Pumping services
    • Pumping service is not offered with a few exceptions. Please contact with Customer Service for more information
  7. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Delivery while vessel is at Out of Port Limit (OPL) is not allowed. If the vessel will only stay at OPL, bulk grades needs to be converted to pack SKUs (drums/ IBC). Delivery will only be up to the agent's hired boat service and agent must sign the Delivery Ticket (we will not supply if DT is not signed)
    • IBC pumping can be provided if needed. If quantity is more than 20 IBCs necessary approval is required. Pumping cannot be provided for deliveries at OPL.
    • Delivery to agent's warehouse is allowed
    • Delivery to shipyard or drydock is stictlly not allowed due to usual ongoing hotworks. If it is really needed, our contractor will have to do a survey / site visit to get approval to enter the shipyard which will take 1 - 2 days prior to the delivery date. Otherwise both Shipyard and Shell will be fined for non- compliance
    • Road Tanker delivery needs at least 2 working days to be arrange.This is inclusive of booking and loading the tanks
    • Shell Logistics may deliver Bulk in the form of IBC pumped as Bulk to customer vessel.  This decision will be taken, as necessary, to provide additional opportunity for efficiency & timely delivery. No extra costs will be charged for this
    • Palletization fees apply, if pallets are requested
