Operational Notes
  1. Extended lead times
    • Alexia 70 (50) drum, Shell Argina S4 40 drum – subject to enquiry
    • All products in Punta Arenas are subject to enquiry due to possibly extended lead time
  2. LubeAnalyst (LA) Sample Kits
    • LA sample kits are available for delivery with your lubricants order in key locations. Sample kits can also be ordered as a stand-alone item – shipping fee may be applicable in some cases. A minimum of 5 working days’ notice is required for all orders.
  3. Minimum Order Quantity
    • Bulk – 5,000 liters
    • Packed product – 936 liters
  4. Other Information
    • Kindly take note that delivery will be carried out as per latest advice on vessel’s ETA/ETD. Any changes made after order is confirmed, will be subject to a new confirmation.
  5. Pumping services
    • Drum pumping service is not offered. Please contact with an agent in case of pumping service requirements
  6. Restrictions & Requirements
    • Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
    • Indirect Export : Not Offered
    • Quintero and Ventanas: *If a barge is required, please check with your customer service representative for the specific fee.
    • Delivery to agents is possible for packed grades. Delivery will be made to the port floor. Agents must then take care of all services, if required: barge, crane and personnel services.
