Pumping services
Pumping of IBC may incur in extra charges.
Pumping ex Drum is available in selected ports (minimum 8 drums). Additional fee applies. Please contact our Customer Service Centre for further info
Restrictions & Requirements
Delivery to a Non-listed port needs to be checked with local supply team for feasibility. Please contact Customer Operations.
Shell deliveries are to be done by Shell/Delco vetted barge only
Every lubes volume nominated for Argentinean ports are subject to the approval of the Argentinean Port Customs Officer. Port Customs have the right to reject any delivery if they consider that the lubes nomination is excessive or not in line with the vessel oil consumption. In order for the customer to obtain the approval to receive the requested volume of Lubes products they need to submit an array of certain information related to the vessel operation.
Boom Barriers are mandatory for bulk deliveries at several ports of the country and this must be hired by the either Owner, Charterer or Vessel Agent. The written confirmation that booms have been arranged is required so that Delivering Company can proceed in processing necessary customs clearances and/or schedule the delivery.
Please consult operational notes of individual’s ports to check respective restrictions and requirements.
For below ports, deliveries can only be made via barge: Rosario, San Nicolas, San Lorenzo and Villa Constitution
Agent-arranged boom barrier is a requirement for deliveries where pumping (i.e, IBC) will be done. Customer’s confirmation is required for Delco to proceed processing necessary clearances and/or schedule the delivery.
In case the agreed scheduled delivery agreed with the agent will be during the out of office hours, an extra delivery charge will be applied.
Indirect exports and delivery to agents are not supported.
