Operational Notes
  1. ADVISORY
    • During these current extraordinary times, our Working Days' Notice will be on best endeavour basis.
  2. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
    • Packed product – 1000 Litres
  3. PUMPING SERVICES
    • Pumping ex Drum is available in selected ports with a minimum requirement of 4 drums and is subject to additional fee.
  4. RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Packed deliveries at Colombo port, for vessels at anchorage will be done through agent boats only. Shell deliveries will be made either to the jetty or bay as requested by the agents. Arrangement of these boat services though, will have to be managed by customers through their respective agents.
    • Shell vetted barge is not available in this Country. Delivery by barge can be coordinated/arranged through customer's appointed agent.
    • The standard SMP GTC’s as under your existing contracts shall be applicable for Sri Lanka as well.
  5. THE FOLLOWING SURCHARGES MAY APPLY AND ITS AMOUNT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME:
    • Small Order Surcharge (SOS) will be applicable on bulk orders below 4,000 liters and/or packed below 800 liters.
    • Cancellation and Return Fee
    • Demurrage
    • Freight
    • Non-Listed Port Fee
    • Overtime Fee (Delivery after office hours, weekends and public holidays).
    • Pumping Fee
    • Port/Shipyard operations and Customs
    • Additional Equipment/Services
    • Additional/Special Transport or Services
